Nicola is a fully qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher who studied and learnt in the heart of India where yoga was born. She knew when she became a teacher, she wanted to bring something unique and beautiful that would come first hand from where she trained to the pursue of her classes.
The style of practice she offers in our studios is all about finding a time and space to reconnect with yourself, mindful movement, and re-finding that balance in your lifestyle. Every session she brings a different topic to the setting to help all involved to leave empowered and to maintain a focus that goes just beyond the physical element of yoga.
Nicola has had a strong and varied career that has always revolved around fitness and wellbeing from all angles. it became apparent that movement and the idea of consciously working on her overall wellbeing created a positive impact in her life and that she wanted to share with others. Being an energetic, and kind hearted peoples person, it’s always been a natural career choice to call her purpose. When Nicola started practicing yoga, it was then she realised the value of combing the mind and body was evidently life changing. Yoga can be physically challenging, extremely rewarding and a practice with no limitations.
