Paul’s been practicing Yoga since 1996 & Qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher in 2010. He regularly attends classes with well known yoga teachers in Kent & London. He tries to integrate others practice methodologies into his classes, focusing on freedom/movement in the asana postures & the breath.
His one rule is 'If it hurts, don't do it'. Yoga is not a competitive sport, it should be enjoyed. It is not about achieving the perfect posture; it is about feeling the muscles stretching & enjoying the experience.
For the last 5 years he's been working with David Sye & practicing the Yogabeats style of yoga, which involves movement & freedom in the postures & is based on a Tibetan form of Yoga, which brings a fun & liberating aspect to his classes.
He now works with David Sye as a Teaching Training Co-Coordinator on his 3 step Teaching Training courses.
