Stress Reduction Workshop Sunday 30th June 9.45am - 12pm
If you are finding that stress is starting to have a negative impact on your life then perhaps it's time to take some action. You may be having difficulty sleeping, find you're often feeling irritable or snappy, or perhaps you're suffering from headaches, muscular aches and pains or frequent indigestion. Whatever your experience of stress, let us show you some simple ideas and techniques to help you regain control and introduce some calm and peace back into your busy life.
On this friendly, informal workshop we will cover the following:
*What is the Stress Response?
*An introduction to Mindfulness.
*The power of breathing.
*Engaging the senses.
*An introduction to creative visualisation.
*The positive impact of cultivating gratitude.
You will be part of a small group and the workshop will include some theory and discussion time as well as lots of practical exercises for you to try.
Introducing New Pilates and Yoga Classes for July
Monday 12pm - 12.45pm - pay as you go - Yoga Nidra with Sarah - This class is designed to induce a state of clam and relaxation for the body and mind.
Tuesday 12pm - 12.45pm - pay as you go - Pilates Ball Class with Sarah
Wednesday 6.45pm - 7.45pm - Relaxation Yoga with Nicola Rowe - This class is for anyone who is looking to unwind, destress or simply just take 60 minutes of self care to relax.

Do you feel like you are constantly stressed or that life is passing you by? Do you feel run down, struggle to sleep or find yourself being snappy and irritable without meaning to be?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions then we have the course for you!
Our unique ‘Mindfulness Wellbeing’ course will teach you a range of relaxation skills to help you cope with today’s 24/7 lifestyle. The course is varied and includes deep relaxation exercises as well as skills and techniques that can be used in everyday situations, allowing you to remain relaxed and calm if you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to take specific ‘time out’ to relax. Taught over 6 weeks, the course aims to improve self awareness and ability to self-soothe, reduce stress and anxiety and increase levels of happiness and resilience.

AN INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS & RELAXATION DURING PREGNANCY
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and taught over two consecutive weeks, the course will allow you to learn about and try a number of different techniques so that you can find out what works best for you. You'll leave with a 'too kit' of techniques ready at your disposal to use both whilst pregnant and when baby arrives!
