Antenatal Classes

We're so lucky to have the wonderful Nicki Hook of Growing Together with us offering Antenatal classes.
These are 4 week courses.

This relaxed interactive and informal course allows couples to learn about the biology of labour, their labour options and care for the new  baby so they can gain confidence and knowledge.

Classes are small and discussion based ( No birth videos or  role plays)

Cost: £150 per couple

Pilates Induction Class Saturday 9th November 10am

Are you Looking to start Pilates with us?
Not sure what Pilates is about?
We require all new clients to take an induction before joining a class.
The session will introduce you to the positions and principals of Pilates that are essential before joining a class.
It will also give the instructor a chance to meet with you and assess if you will need any modifications, this way we can ensure you get the best from your classes.

As we have so many new classes starting we are running a small group induction. This is a one off session that should be attended before joining a class.

This session will also include introduction to the Pilates Reformer.

Introducing New Pregnancy Yoga Classes starting September 21st

A 90 Minute Yoga class where you can learn to feel comfortable and calm throughout your pregnancy and prepare for the birth of your baby.  A place where you can have regular "me" time, relax, have fun and make friends.
This gentle, nurturing Yoga class includes postures, movements and breathing techniques for you to use during your pregnancy and the birth of your child.  This class will finish with a long restorative, relaxation to leave you feeling calm and relaxed.

Children's Pilates Class for ages 8-11 - Monday's 4.15-4.45pm

 For Monday 11th November and Tueday 12th November only, the children's Pilates classes will be FREE, Book now as spaces are limited!



Do you feel like you are constantly stressed or that life is passing you by? Do you feel run down, struggle to sleep or find yourself being snappy and irritable without meaning to be?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions then we have the course for you! 

Our unique ‘Mindfulness Wellbeing’ course will teach you a range of relaxation skills to help you cope with today’s 24/7 lifestyle. The course is varied and includes deep relaxation exercises as well as skills and techniques that can be used in everyday situations, allowing you to remain relaxed and calm if you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to take specific ‘time out’ to relax. Taught over 6 weeks, the course aims to improve self awareness and ability to self-soothe, reduce stress and anxiety and increase levels of happiness and resilience.

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and taught over two consecutive weeks, the course will allow you to learn about and try a number of different techniques so that you can find out what works best for you.  You'll leave with a 'too kit' of techniques ready at your disposal to use both whilst pregnant and when baby arrives!

For all classes you're advised to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Yoga mats will be provided, but you may also wish to bring a cushion and a blanket.
